We are currently working with one of Australia's most iconic brands who are currently embarking on a new greenfields Identity and Access Management Project. They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with extensive IAM experience. The initial engagement is for 6 months with a chance of further extension.

You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and business objectives. Your insights and technical expertise will drive the successful implementation and optimization of CIAM solutions, ultimately enhancing customer experience and security.

About the role

You would be involved in:

  • Run discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders in a greenfield environment and use cases documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design CIAM solutions that align with business goals, security standards, and scalability requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements related to CIAM functionalities, integration needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor CIAM performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements to optimize customer identity management processes.

To be successful for the role, you would ideally:

  • Proficiency in documenting requirements, creating technical specifications, and facilitating workshops.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
  • Worked on application analysis and onboarding in CIAM/IAM
  • Data analysis skill for user onboarding in CIAM/IAM
  • Good expertise in wireframes/mock-ups and worked with UX designer (this is desirable)
