About the Role:

The delivery of the ICT project will leverage the establish work team and external resources to deliver a range of CRM and ERP focus projects inclusive of change management and process Operationalisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a comprehensive system designed to optimize the management and utilization of organizational assets.
  • Operate solely within a cutting-edge cloud environment-no on-premises solutions.
  • Significant advantage if you have expertise with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Demonstrate outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Thrive in dynamic startup settings and tackle projects from the ground up.
  • Be ready to dive in, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver results with no-nonsense efficiency.
  • Experience with integrating and managing CRM, PPM, DMS, and ERP systems.
  • Expertise in comprehensive planning and management of enterprise resources to drive organizational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • Understand System Architecture of the business and implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Governance across workstreams to streamline delivery and reporting on established metrics.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and ICT disciplines
  • Knowledge of CRM, PPM, DMS, ERP and EAMS
  • Extensive experience in implementing change projects with major technology components in complex operational environments.
  • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects with multiple dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
  • Effective leadership and the ability to exert influence without formal authority.
  • Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive or personal matters.
