Our client:
 
Our client is seeking an Iteration Manager to lead a Scrum team in delivering key features to stakeholders. The Iteration Manager will ensure the team adheres to Agile ceremonies, stays focused on priorities, and overcomes impediments.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop, evolve, and promote Agile project delivery methodologies, particularly using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the delivery of multi-faceted technology solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring all goals are met within budget and timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, cost management, scope definition, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to identify and manage key stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of new features or solution changes.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, showcases, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to ensure delivery expectations are consistently met or appropriately managed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of software development practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Configure and manage Agile tools such as GitHub, Trello, Miro, Jira, and Confluence to support project tracking, collaboration, and reporting.
 
Skills and Experience:
 
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience with Salesforce, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments using Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in implementing Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum to drive project delivery.
  • Familiarity with CPQ/CLM solutions, especially Apttus/Conga, is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in task board management using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Trello.
