Our client is looking for a SAP HR functional consultant for an initial contract till end of June 2025. You will lead the design and delivery of solutions to meet project requirements. This includes coordination with various stakeholders to support and drive decision making through planning, design, quality assurance, build, test etc. to ensure delivery of the right solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the engagement with business stakeholders for requirements validation in projects of varying scale and size.
  • Design and Develop solution options to meet business and governance requirements – working collaboratively with business and IT Delivery partners where appropriate.
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to support and drive decision making
  • Coordinate and manage work with various stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing SAP solutions and integration between SAP and Non-SAP applications in the Time to Pay functional domain
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 – core Time Management and Payroll Administration with an excellent understanding of how these components relate to other functional areas such as finance, organizational management, personnel administration. More modern SAP solutions such as Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll are also well considered.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
