Our Consumer services client is currently looking for SAP Customer & Logistics Architect to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise functions to meet the objectives of the ERP Modernization Program. The Program Solution Architecture team will guide and define the delivery standards and implementation of the new ERP Solution. The role is responsible for leading the overarching technology design within the Business Process Stream Customer to Cash and Retail Logistics. Ensure technical solutions are designed and implemented according to business requirements. Partner with SI resources to plan and deliver design on time to quality and defined standards. Support the Business Process Stream Lead in the delivery of the Program Solution. Ensure the solution interoperates with other process streams and technical teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in the design and implementation of complex multiple system ERP integration projects, aligned to the organisations strategic direction, within the relevant business process stream.
  • Minimum 10 Years experience in the IT industry and extensive experience relevant stream systems with an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of SAP relative to competing marketplace products.
  • Ability to interact with business users and conceptualize the requirements into SAP Product Suite
  • Experience in large company wide system transformation programs essential (e.g. S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).
  • Demonstrated skills in designing simplified processes in a pragmatic manner, in line with best practise processes.
  • Strong knowledge of both the functional and technical components of SAP ECC and other cloud-based applications (SaaS).
