Senior Business Analyst- 12 Months contract

Melbourne CBD, Hybrid work arrangement.

About the role:

The role of the Senior Business Analyst, Business Management will focus on enhancing the capability and quality of data and reporting across the Client's Business Unit and its functions, as well as supporting to define key capabilities, services, performance expectations and customer satisfaction and feedback mechanisms.

The candidate will be an extremely high performing generalist capable of taking complex, multi-dimensional business problems and co-designing solutions with the business to solve for them.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop, implement, and maintain consistent mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction and attain customer feedback, including the existing Net Promotor Score ("NPS") program.
  • Create and implement a standardised customer satisfaction reporting template and process.
  • Determine how customer satisfaction metrics should be reported, including frequency, format, and audience.
  • Provide management reporting on customer satisfaction ratings and trends for each. Augment this reporting with observed areas of strength and possible improvement- Power BI

Skills and experience:

  • Worked in a similar position in an organisation that is purpose driven, dynamic and innovative.
  • A highly inquisitive nature, with a strong appetite to learn, explore and imagine the possibilities and pathways to achieve client's purpose and strategic objectives.
  • A strong track record of developing and implementing data and reporting frameworks and dashboards, including trend analysis to identify strengths, issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding of operating model management, and role of the operating model to link strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability with an analytical mindset, creative thinking skills and structural reasoning.
  • A strong appetite to understand current and emerging market trends and developments; and to analyse intelligence on best practices, peer models, benchmarks and other learnings to inform decision making and solution design.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters in a clear, simple and logical manner and with impact.
