About the role
- The Identity Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating requirements to support the implementation of identity projects within our client's Operational Technology Environment (OTE).
Responsibilities
- Gathering, documenting, and obtaining approval for requirements related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects.
- Creating user stories, process maps, and project analysis documents.
- Assist in the build phase of identity projects by conducting data analysis, engaging with stakeholders, and developing operational transition materials.
Skills and experience
- Vast experience as a business analyst in the technology sector or related industries.
- Experience in the Identity domain with proven expertise in working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Experience using frameworks like BPMN 2.0 for process mapping.
- Experience in developing requirements in alignment with security standards such as NIST, Essential 8, and ASD ISM.
