About the Role: As the Change and Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in this transformational journey. Reporting to the Head of Transformation and working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading change management efforts and developing comprehensive communication strategies across the organisation for the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Management: Drive organisational change across six critical workstreams, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with the overall transformation goals.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and deliver daily and weekly updates to keep staff informed, engaged, and aligned with ongoing changes.
  • External Communications: Craft and manage communications for broader business stakeholders, including social media, PR, and updates on project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collate and prepare critical information for senior leadership and stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the transformation.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Keep a pulse on project progress by implementing effective reporting mechanisms to track change initiatives and their impact.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading change and communications initiatives, preferably within healthcare or a similar not-for-profit setting however this is not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with experience in managing complex, large-scale transformation programs.
  • Passionate about making a positive societal impact, particularly in the aged care and healthcare sectors.
