Peoplebank are recruiting for a Senior Change Manager, to work on a complex ICT Program, based in the Adelaide CBD.

As the Program Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful adoption of new business systems and processes.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • leading all aspect of change management across the program.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology and process changes on various individuals and groups and developing appropriate change management strategies and implementing plans that support effective communication and messaging throughout the program's lifecycle, minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
  • Coordinating the design and delivery of training programs and support materials to empower users to effectively adopt new processes and tools.
  • Working collaboratively with project managers within the Program to identify change management related risks and issues, assisting in successful project planning and implementation.


Skills and experience required

  • Have significant experience (7-10+ years) in developing, coordinating and delivering change management initiatives in a complex environment with a focus on adoption, efficiency gains and cultural and behavioural change.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the standards, tools, methods and processes involved in organisational and ICT change management.
  • Have experience in maintaining effective relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers as well as internal and external stakeholders, including conflict resolution and managing expectations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and significant competence in applying contemporary change management frameworks, change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrate high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think laterally and conceptually.
  • Have significant level of interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills and proven ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with senior leaders and to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Can assess and lead stakeholder engagement, current/future state impacts, change readiness assessments and measure change sustainability across a large program of work.
  • Have experience developing and implementing communication and training materials.
  • Possess acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
