Job Title: CRM Solution Architect

Duration: 8 months with possible extension

Location: Adelaide/Brisbane/Canberra/Melbourne/Sydney hybrid working conditions currently available

About the Role

Client is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to join its Strategy and Architecture team. The CRM Solution Architect will be supporting the Digital Programs and Products Branch (DPPB) with several in-progress programs of work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which support the delivery of digital services to our clients, who include Australian exporters and international students. The Solution Architect will work closely with various teams to help develop our future digital architecture and work across a number of multifunctional teams to help it come to fruition. The successful candidate will be working with a group of talented and motivated developers, architects and other roles using an agile delivery and DevOps principles.

The CRM Solution Architect will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the development of agreed solution architectures within Microsoft Dynamics CRM across multiple business, infrastructure or functional areas.
  • Ensure that appropriate tools and methods are available, understood and employed in architecture development.
  • Oversee the enterprise ICT landscape, accurately recording current state applications and platforms. Shape the development of Austrade's future state architecture in alignment with agreed strategies and roadmaps.
  • Within a change program, liaises with Enterprise and Business architects, project staff and other key stakeholders to lead preparation of technical plans and architectures, and ensures that appropriate technical resources are made available

Essential Criteria

  1. Have demonstrated experience as a solutions architect using Microsoft products and platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Have demonstrated experience applying cyber security principles to architectures and fostering cyber security maturity in an organisation
  2. Working knowledge of first party Dynamics 365 applications and what is available Outof- the-Box 4. Working knowledge of Customer Service and Marketing modules (Outbound and Real Time Marketing) 5. Have demonstrated skills and experience with the following, in an agile environment: a. Systems analysis; b. Problem solving and troubleshooting; c. Software applications architecture and design.
  3. Possess high level communication skills; demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels
  4. Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM admin and maintenance including licencing 8. Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software
  5. Experience with building and hosting bespoke web applications and databases 10. Possess sound experience with the following technologies: - Microsoft .NET Core - Microsoft DevOps - Microsoft Azure - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - Microsoft Power Platform - Single Page Applications (SPA) - Azure AD B2C and Open ID Connect - RESTful APIs and Web Services - Customer personalisation and analytics
