  • Carry out in-depth and critical analysis of vendor/open source technologies and provide contingency options to ensure a streamlined integration/delivery
  • Interact with stake holders and customer's managers and work closely to ensure that projects remain on schedule and understand technical and functional requirements to deliver
  • Discuss project issues with team and client's managers by providing strategic guidance for quick resolutions of issues
  • Execute the implementation of the Solutions from initiation to the final operational stage
  • Responsible for improving the overall project build process and reduce timelines.
  • Manage/assess various risks associated within the project, processes and identify ways to minimize
  • Oversee offshore team in managing the business impact of development decisions and data issues and creating solutions for business models, engagement terms and conditions.
  • deep study of the existing systems and frameworks and implementing the features into Alfresco
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Alfresco Content Services, Alfresco Process Services (Activiti), and related tools.
  • Customize Alfresco to meet specific business needs, including extensions, module creation, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and maintain custom services, content models, and document processing workflows.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to Alfresco customizations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and company policies.

Skills and experience:

Experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise content management systems.

Hands-on experience with Alfresco Content Services, Alfresco Process Services (Activiti), and related technologies.

Extensive experience in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.

Proven experience in Alfresco customization, including content modelling, workflows, rules, actions, and search.

Experience with Alfresco integrations, including LDAP/AD, SSO, and third-party systems.

Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Experience with cloud-based Alfresco deployments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
