- Carry out in-depth and critical analysis of vendor/open source technologies and provide contingency options to ensure a streamlined integration/delivery
- Interact with stake holders and customer's managers and work closely to ensure that projects remain on schedule and understand technical and functional requirements to deliver
- Discuss project issues with team and client's managers by providing strategic guidance for quick resolutions of issues
- Execute the implementation of the Solutions from initiation to the final operational stage

- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Alfresco customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and company policies.
Skills and experience:
Experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise content management systems.
Hands-on experience with Alfresco Content Services, Alfresco Process Services (Activiti), and related technologies.
Extensive experience in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
Proven experience in Alfresco customization, including content modelling, workflows, rules, actions, and search.
Experience with Alfresco integrations, including LDAP/AD, SSO, and third-party systems.
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Experience with cloud-based Alfresco deployments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
