Job Title: Cyber Security Operations Platform Engineer
Location: Sydney (Hybrid Work Setting)
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
The Platform Engineer (Cyber Security Operations) will lead the development of complex cyber security technologies and processes to with a lens on continual improvement. The candidate will lead the development of core and emerging cyber security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, Vulnerability Management and Threat Intelligence.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years' Cyber Security Operations Platform Engineer related experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with log aggregation and Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) systems
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing cyber security capability and systems
- Knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM) and cyber security concepts
- Formal tertiary qualifications or industry certifications in a cyber security related field (e.g. Azure/AWS, Splunk Certified)
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and sound stakeholder relationship skills
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizen with ability and willingness to obtain Security clearance.
