Job Title: End User Computing Engineer
Location: Canberra
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

The Services, delivered in collaboration with and under supervision by nominated AFP personnel, include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Configuring and managing a fleet of Android based mobile devices via MDM and MAM
* Managing underlying cloud or on premise infrastructure of the MDM and MAM services
* Implementing security policies to ensure mobile device compliance with AFP policies and guidelines, and to protect sensitive data on mobile devices
* Assisting other team members to:
 Build, install, configure, test and maintain end user device SOE
 Provide technical support to end-users on desktop-related matters
 Conduct regular maintenance and up-dates on SOE software to ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshooting technical issues related to MDM and end user devices
* Work effectively in a small team environment;
* Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members; and
* Record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements.
The Engineer MUST have:
1. Knowledge and experience in:
 Configuring and managing Android MDM services, related infrastructure and mobile devices
 Both Windows and Linux desktop operating systems
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry qualifications
3. Minimum 5 years in a similar role
4. High level communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively
6. Mush have AFP NV1 security clearance, or ability to obtain one.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens and ability to obtain Security clearance.
