About the role :
The OT Identity Specialist role will be responsible for the design and implementation of identity technologies within Operational Technology Environment. This role blends architect, technical lead, and engineer responsibilities, with the successful candidate being comfortable working across all levels of technical implementation.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop high-level and detailed design of identity platforms across the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) domains.
- Contribute to the development of an identity operating model and support ongoing development of the identity practice
- Contribute towards the development of identity roadmaps across domains.
Required experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Identity domain as an architect, consultant or technical lead
- Proven experience in IGA (Sailpoint), and IAM
- Experience working in operational technology projects within utilities highly desirable
- Experience with security standards including: NIST, Essential 8 and ASD ISM.
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with Sailpoint mandatory
- Experience IAM technology (Entra ID/ Okta/ Ping/ FortiAuthenticator)
