Our client is a leading mining company that has been operating on a global scale for over a century.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced OT Fleet Management Specialist to sit within a 24/7 support team within a shift roster compromising of days and nights with 2/4 weekends off.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 2 Support for Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and mining technologies.
- Monitor and maintain critical technology availability.
- Effectively resolve system outages and execute planned work safely.
- Liaise with operation stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
- A proven background an Operational Technology support role.
- Technical experience in this areas would be highly regarded:
- FMS Modular (Dispatch & Provision, Komatsu Frontrunner)
- FMS MineStar (Command, Fleet & Terrain) o Surface Manager (Autonomous Drilling)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience in industrial or mining industry sectors.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, and mining applications (e.g: FMS Modular AND / OR MineStar)
