Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Release Lead who excels in managing large-scale programmes within multi-tenant environments, ideally from the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive release plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with program milestones and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring minimal disruption to the multi-tenant environment.
- Establish and enforce best practices for release management to maintain the integrity, reliability, scalability, and security of the software environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on release status, issues, and risks, and ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working on large programmes within multi-tenant environments.
- Must have experience with large data migration projects within the finance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
