Dur to the nature of the work and client, you must be Australian Citizen with an existing baseline (or higher – NV1 / NV2) Security clearance
As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, your key duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using appropriate tooling.
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Maintain and optimise existing RPA workflows to improve performance and business value.
- Conduct Unit Testing on developed code and support the full testing lifecycle, including test automation.
- Provide training, support and knowledge sharing to APS employees.
- Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Key Skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development
- Previous experience with UiPath (ideally), Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience with Automated Software Testing
