Our client is looking for Senior Business Analysts to join the Data and Automation Engineering team to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidates will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business processes for automation. This role involves engaging with business, gathering requirements, analysing existing processes and identifying improvements appropriate for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Support UAT and the upfront identification of Success Criteria.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices
- Ideally experienced with UiPath, but other RPA technologies will be considered – Pega, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
- Experience in process mapping, business process modelling, and requirements gathering
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience engaging with business colleagues for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
