Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will thoroughly analyse solution options for new and existing APIs/services, provide recommendations for solutions, and produce related artifacts such as sequence diagrams, API contracts, user stories, and relevant documentation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to document API Specifications, define API contracts and knowledge of working with tools like Swagger, Postman, Open API
- Ideally coming from a technical background and comfortable with translating solution design requirements into API specifications by analysing the existing Systems and Data flows.
- Ability to facilitate and run workshops, showcases and other ceremonies to support product technology and solutions (e.g., discovery, goal settings)
- Has a solid understanding of 'systems of work' (agile, non-agile, SDLC, CD), and can identify areas for improvement and drive change.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Retail experience is preferred
