Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst who has experience in covering BMC applications that handle ticketing (Helix), monitoring, and Configuration Item (CI) discovery through TSAV/BHOM.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Selenium and Python scripting – capable of optimizing recorded scripts.
- Experience in BCM Client Management HA setup and configuration.
- Proficiency in asset discovery, agent rollout creation, and deployment.
- Expertise in BCM Inventory Management, BCM Application and Patch Management.
- Proficiency in BCM Compliance Management.
