About the Role:

The Business Analyst will enable and support the business to leverage the core engagement platform Salesforce and other applications such as DocuSign. You will be confident capturing business requirements, liaising with Business stakeholders and providing support within the Customer and Supplier Experience (CX/SX) team to translate business' requirements to enable the design, development, testing, training, and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of CX/SX solutions.
  • Create detailed business requirements, user manuals, and a comprehensive business glossary.
  • Assist the CX/SX Delivery Lead and Solution Leads in fostering positive stakeholder relationships and ensuring their optimal engagement.
  • Collaborate with wider IT Teams to identify customer needs and ensure the CX/SX team meets these needs effectively.
  • Bridge the gap between the CX/SX Team and end users, gathering and analyzing business requirements to design optimal solutions.
  • Engage actively in Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Demos/Reviews, and Retrospectives to drive project success.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, ideally related to CRM solutions.
  • Skilled in narrating compelling stories and delivering strong user presentations.
  • Expert in analyzing and translating business stakeholder needs into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with end-users and customers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, logical, verbal, and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with testing procedures and quality control practices.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
