The ERP People Services Functional Analyst will manage and deliver end-to-end ERP functional capability aligned to the ERP Platform Provide People Services Value Stream ((Core HR, Time Recording, Talent Management, Contingent Workforce, Environment Health and Safety).
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Significant demonstrated experience in SAP HCM sub modules - time management, personnel administration, organisational management, ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding.
- Demonstrated significant experience working with SAP Activate Methodology and functional analysis and configuration services in a complex organisation.
- Significant experience in multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors EC project implementations as a senior functional consultant.
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority and demonstration of exceptional customer centricity.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act - ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships.
Desirable:
- SAP EH&S and Field Glass functional experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience and industry training and certifications in SAP SF module functional analysis and configuration.
