About the role

• Seeking Change Lead for our key QLD Healthcare client to work on a sleep monitoring system replacement project.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and support change management efforts with both clinical and non-clinical staff throughout the implementation of the SSRP project.
• Lead and oversee the definition, documentation, and successful completion of the business readiness components for a medium-scale, complex change, in alignment with CHQ HHS program and project management methodologies.
• Promote and ensure the application of effective change management techniques, methodologies, and tools to achieve high-quality change management outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication to support change adoption and manage expectations through feedback and lessons learned.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in senior-level ICT change management roles.
• Health experience is highly desirable.
• While there are no mandatory qualifications for this position, our client values improved work performance that can result from the expanded knowledge and skills gained through formal tertiary education. We encourage both current and prospective staff to pursue lifelong learning, and a relevant degree is considered desirable.
