Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and testing of new and upgraded applications, ensuring alignment with the construction schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including change management and benefit realization.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations.
- Lead project resources and ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.
- Produce high-quality project documentation and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, especially around security and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in IT project management, preferably with experience in digital signage, workplace management, and technology integration projects.
- Expertise in change management and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team development experience.
