About the role
- The Content Designer will advocate for Human-Centered Design, support usability testing by creating prototypes based on customer journeys and service blueprints, and document and synthesize research findings for reports.
- The position will serve as a liaison between the business and the Information Services Branch, coordinating the design of the customer portal for the new corporate website.
Responsibilities
Strategy Analysis
- Evaluate Customer Journeys and their associated services.
- Aid in developing a Jobs to Be Done methodology.
- Outline the context model for the Customer Engagement Platform and internal service model.
Requirements Analysis and Detailed Design
- Develop detailed journey maps for digital services.
- Create interaction models based on our client's design system.
- Support Usability Testing
- Create prototypes to aid interview facilitation guides.
- Develop facilitation guides to align with research objectives.
- Document, synthesize, and analyze research findings.
- Compile research findings into reports.
Detailed Blueprint Design
- Develop blueprints following our cleint's approved framework.
Support the creation of Agile epics/user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in Agile practices, including the development of epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with the business to logically rank and prioritize a master backlog that aligns with project commitments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for negotiation, consultation, coordination, and solution conceptualization in a large, diverse, and complex organization.
- Expertise in transforming conceptual design solutions into digital product designs that comply with our client's design system, digital style, brand guidelines, and technical capabilities.
