Business Analyst (UI/UX)

The role:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst possessing front end UI/ UX design experience to work on a large Salesforce CRM migration project. You will leverage human-centered design principles and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct business analysis, user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Identify and resolve usability issues and report on UX/ UI design activities.
  • Create user flows, mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes using Atomic Design systems and Figma.
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centred design solutions.

Key experience:

  • Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with previous front end UI/UX design experience;
  • Previous experience working on a CRM migration project (either Salesforce, SAP OR another CRM)
  • User Centred Design skills in a Business Analyst capacity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


Desirable experience:

  • Previous experience with either Salesforce, SAP enterprise or similar platforms.
