Owning and managing digital platforms, including secure sites and mobile apps.

Understand the entire delivery process.

Take ownership of the platform's success.

Always prioritise member experience in everything you do.

Responsibilities

You will be the central point of contact for the platform.

Be a part of projects from conception to delivery.

Collaborate with Practice and Value Stream Leads to develop a solid Member Platform strategy.

Support Value Stream objectives through ownership of the Fund's Member Portal and Mobile App Platform in line with human-centered design principles, security and performance standards.


Skills and experience

Experience owning and managing digital platforms, including secure sites, desktop-based mobile sites, and mobile apps.

Experience with End to End Delivery.

Basic understanding of APIs and the current technology stack.

Have the ability to work closely with other platform managers and teams, including acquisition, retention, and retirement squads.

Must be versatile and adaptable.

A strong focus on member experience is crucial.
