We are looking to hire an experienced Meeting Room Experience Lead to manage and maintain the technical aspects and documentation of the our client's AV environment. You'll oversee and fine-tune the technology and documentation of our client's cutting-edge AV environment to ensure new and current AV technologies are well supported, meet the security and IS standards and have the required resources for future development.

Position Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for end users which indicate the current meeting rooms status.
  • Develop reporting and insights on room/technology performance which are easily accessible and understandable.
  • Proactively manage inventory of AV licences and hardware.
  • Undertake regular system audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate regular working groups with key stakeholders such as EUC Leads, Security Leads and Facilities Management to ensure proactive and healthy collaboration.
  • Effective management of in-house vendor
  • Manage and maintain the meeting room standards.
  • Design, develop and execute effective change and information communications to end users.

Essential experience required for this position includes:

  • 5+ years' experience working in an AV role.
  • Experience working with LAN/WAN hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with AMX, Crestron and Pexip systems.
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft products.
  • Experience leading and managing vendors and contractors.
  • Microsoft MS-700 certification
