About the role
The Desktop Support Officer will work within a team of ICT technical specialists to image, deploy and support desktop, meeting room and mobile devices in a large and complex network environment.
Skills and experience
- Proven analytical skills in identifying, investigating, and resolving issues encountered during ICT support activities within a large and intricate ICT environment.
- Ability to take initiative proactively, demonstrating self-direction, and openness to adopting innovative work methods.
- Extensive knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware, as well as operating systems.
