Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Sydney (Hybrid Work Setting)
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Role Description / Expectations
- Responsible for analyzing data, understanding complex back-end systems, and writing comprehensive requirements.
- Your expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity knowledge will be essential in driving our projects to success.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, requirement writing, stakeholder communication, problem solving, etc.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Technical Business Analyst related experience, with a strong focus on data analysis and understanding of back-end systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and identity management principles.
- Experience with API documentation and creating sequence diagrams using Swagger or similar
- Technical BA experience within health insurance, general insurance, Superannuation, or financial domains
