Job Title: Technical Writer
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Location: ACT
Requirements
During the initiation and definition stages of the project, work with the BA’s & design teams to develop, documentation including, but not limited to:
- Business Requirements Specifications
- High Level Designs
- Detail Designs
- Test Plans
As part of the implementation stage, work with the project team and related stakeholders to develop, documentation including, but not limited to:
- Implementation plans
- Test results
As part of the transition stage, work with the project and BAU teams to develop, documentation including, but not limited to:
- As-Built Documents
- Operations Manuals / Standard Operating Procedures
- Lessons Learned Reports
- Training documentation
- User documentation
- Work both effectively in a small team environment and across multiple initiatives with the program;
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members;
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements; and
- Responsible for the overall quality of all documentation produced on the program/project.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens and ability to obtain have NV1 security clearance.
