- The ideal candidate is a Technical Business Analyst with strong analysis skills, capable of coordinating processes and resources to deliver project outcomes for multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Convert regulatory documentation into business processes and system updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data migration requirements and create actionable plans for vendors and internal teams.
- Offer expert advice, recommendations, and guidance to Platform Managers, Platform/Delivery Leads, and Delivery Team Members on the business's articulated value to determine the MVP approach.
- Ability to work within agile frameworks, including detailing the products developed.
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis within large, complex environments, including Energy Regulatory Market Compliance Projects.
- Proven experience in using a staged approach to group issues and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis.
- Extensive expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Extensive experience in defining business process models and information/data models, including 'as-is' and 'to-be' states, using appropriate notations such as BPMN and UML.
- Comprehensive experience in end-to-end program and project delivery
