We are seeking an experienced and proactive Audio-Visual Specialist. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery, setup, and operation of AV equipment for their meetings and events. Your technical expertise will support a wide range of AV requirements, ensuring top-notch performance and seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Operation: Deliver, set up, test, and operate AV equipment for various meetings and events.
  • Tech Test Runs: Schedule and conduct tech test runs for all-meeting events in collaboration with hosts and facilitators.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment issues to ensure all equipment functions properly.
  • Coordination: Coordinate equipment operation and manage the movement of AV equipment between meeting rooms.
  • Event Management: Manage event-related AV requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Service Requests: Raise and follow up on service tickets for printers, MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) issues, and other AV-related problems. Collaborate with global teams or local vendors to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment.
  • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, and conferencing technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working with global teams and local vendors is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
