About the Role:

You will work closely with IT project teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered on time and within budget. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure consensus on requirements and solutions. Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure that new solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT & business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to IT transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Develop business process models, use cases, and other documentation to support the design and implementation of new IT solutions.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of users on new IT systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT transformation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, driving impactful results.
  • Exposure to Security Operations, Identity & Access Management, and Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, adept at deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective information delivery.
  • Attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality work.
