The primary purpose of the Cyber Solution Architect role is to develop, implement, and enhance, cyber security architecture capabilities across the department.
This role has a specific focus on Application Security capabilities, supported by a breadth of experience in operations, risk and compliance, and business process improvement.
The preferred architect will have experience in the design, implementation, and operationalisation of Application Security discipline areas, including SAST/DAST/RAST, application specific security architectures (e.g. SAP, GIS), and software layer control capabilities (e.g. Web Application Firewalling, Application Firewalling, Database Access Management).
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of modern cyber security risk management and control frameworks, strategic cyber security architecture, and business architecture/strategy.
- Knowledge of IS18 (Essential 8, ISO27001), PCI-DSS, and the PSPF/ISM.
- Knowledge of Application Security capability areas, inclusive of the vendor/provider landscape, as well as design/implementation/operationalisation considerations and good practices.
- 3+ years of experience in Application Security technologies and/or solutions, and 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security.
