We are currently working with one of Australia's most iconic software companies who are currently in the process of finding a Design Operations Coordinator to work as part of an ever-growing design team. They currently are looking for someone to work within them initially until the end of December 2024 on a part time basis (3 days a week).
In this role, you would be integral to supporting the Design operations and delivery team which includes Designers and the DevOps team to assist in establishing best practices for programmatic work and overall helping improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for research participant recruiting, screening, scheduling, and compensating.
- Ensure governance across research processes and guidelines for consent, privacy, and information storage. Partner with our Research Operations team.
- Responsible for adhering to the guidelines, protocols and processes for research participant recruitment as advised by the team.
- Partnering with the Agile DevOps Design team to champion their program objectives.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working with Design Operations or Research
- Strong collaboration and time management skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with a design consultancy or software company will be viewed as desirable.
