About the role
Seeking a dynamic Digital Specialist Systems Trainer & Instructional Designer to be responsible for creation and delivery of digital content and training modules for our client within utility sector.
In this role, you'll work closely with vendors and internal teams to create engaging digital content and provide comprehensive training both online and in person to ensure effective use of digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital and face-to-face training modules.
• Promote the adoption and best practices of digital systems.
• Coordinate end-user training and create training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in Systems / IT Trainer or Training Lead or Instruction designer roles
• Strong background in the design, development and delivery of digital/ systems training
• Demonstrated experience in digital environment
• Ability to develop training curriculum and conduct training needs analysis
• Experience in delivering classroom and virtual classroom training
• Experience in Articulate and MS Office suite
• Exceptional communication and engagement skills
