Program Coordinator
- Initial 6 months contract
- Work with the education client
- Enterprise-level experience required.
Our client is seeking for Program Coordinator to support the successful delivery of all aspects of a range of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and ongoing fostering of exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizations and disciplines.
- Manage both internal and external project resources from an engagement and onboarding perspective.
- Monitor and track of Program budget including all project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, commitments, purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Overall track of project Gating/Stage/Phase documentation through project lifecycle.
- Responsible for the protection of data and systems through adherence to published policy, standard and process documents.
Skills:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of various programs and their activities.
- Monitoring project budget and tracking expenditures/transactions across the Program.
- Communicating with staff and external parties through the program life cycle.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
