Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Projects

  • CBD location 2 days WFH and 3 days in office
  • Flexible work hours
  • $150,000 plus super

Our client, one of WA's largest employers, is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their expansive Technology team. As the organization undergoes a significant Technology Refresh, the successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. This position requires a seasoned project manager who excels in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, driving change, and ensuring alignment across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of complex IT infrastructure projects, including asset refreshes and software/hardware deployments.
  • Manage and align stakeholder relationships, resolving disputes and ensuring consistent project objectives.
  • Take ownership of projects, intervening to resolve issues and ensuring successful delivery through effective delegation or direct control.
  • Develop and oversee work packages for third-party managers and service providers, ensuring clear expectations and quality standards.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and proactive risk management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing IT asset refreshes and infrastructure projects within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, resolving disputes, and ensuring cohesive project delivery.
  • Demonstrated capability to take ownership of projects, quickly resolving issues and driving successful outcomes.
  • Proactive self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong experience in developing and overseeing work packages for third-party vendors, with advanced skills in project scope, resource, and budget management.
