Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: ACT, VIC, Offsite
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

The Solutions Architect is required to:
Provide strategic leadership for the delivery of the Data Standards and an information security architecture for CDR and/or Digital ID (as required) that meets and/or exceeds policy and legislative requirements, by:
* Communicating with influence, especially when consulting with relevant ecosystems and stakeholders, including by effectively harnessing the most appropriate methods of communication.
* Creating meaning for different audiences by using analogies and stories to illustrate key points.
* Applying, and implementing appropriate standards development methodologies, in order to test concepts and identify implementation and adoption issues early.
* Supporting participant implementations through various existing fora.
* Leading uplift of architecture team capability and maturity including development of architecture
* capability models, setting direction and leading in the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies and tools, to match overall business requirements (both current and future), ensuring consistency across all user groups.
* Providing domain expertise in banking, and financial services.
* As part of an integrated team, contribute to the development of Data Standards in order to enable positive implementation experiences for CDR and Digital ID, by:
* Anticipating risks, especially with respect to information security, and addressing them quickly, and
* Helping others to recognise them.
* Encouraging stakeholders to work together and supporting cross-agency and cross-sectoral approaches to address issues and problems, especially during workshop participation.
* Considering multiple perspectives when assessing the ramifications of key issues, and problems, as well as developing solutions with long-term viability for the Data Standards.
* Managing and maintaining existing Data Standards, which need to be effectively prioritised and delivered within an environment of competing and dynamic expectations

Mandatory criteria (please address this points in your response):
1. A minimum of 5 years of enterprise architecture experience relevant to API systems and/or digital identity systems, including the design of OAuth/OIDC applications, in environments requiring high levels of trust and security, for example where they used standards such as FAPI, NIST, the Commonwealth Government's Information Security Manual and/or OWASP.
2. Other relevant demonstrable experience and qualifications, such as: TOGAF 9 certification, or above; Experience working with banking and financial services; Experience working within an agile multi-disciplined team; Experience contributing to architecture team capability uplift; Experience establishing an enterprise architecture capability or practice; Experience with RESTful API design using domain-driven design and model-driven design; and Experience mapping policy requirements to technical specifications, managing user expectations while delivering workable technical solutions and contributing to architecture team capability uplift.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens and ability to obtain Security clearance.
