About
Dominic Glass
With over 15 years of experience in IT and Digital Recruitment, Dominic Glass has been a driving force at Peoplebank since 2011. As the Director of the Victorian branch, Dominic manages all major accounts, including the Top 40 clients, and leads the strategic direction of the business.
Dominic has led significant achievements, including winning the largest specialist IT Recruitment MSP in Australia for a major Banking & Finance client and successfully filling 65 exclusive permanent positions within three months in a key RPO project. His dedication and sales excellence have earned him the Peoplebank Asia Pac Sales Award for four consecutive years (2016–2019).
Dominic holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & HR) from Swinburne University and has completed advanced leadership programs with the Australian Institute of Management and Peoplebank.
