Matthew Partington
Matt Partington is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience leading IT and Digital recruitment efforts across various industry sectors. Since joining Peoplebank in 2024 as the Director for NSW, Matt has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and managing key client relationships within the region.
Before Peoplebank, Matt served as NSW State Manager at Paxus, where he successfully managed major accounts and led recruitment initiatives across diverse sectors. He also held senior leadership roles at Charterhouse Medical and the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, where he was responsible for executive recruitment and strategy.
Matt's career is marked by his ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and lead teams to exceed targets.
