About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Business Applications Specialist to work with the Chief Technology Officer, ensuring the cloud-based SaaS systems enhance customer experience and support business growth. This role involves optimizing system configurations, collaborating with support partners to develop tailored solutions, and leveraging agile project management to integrate emerging technologies across the business.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert in the key systems, including HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.
  • Review how the systems can be improved to meet business needs, suggest changes, and help design and develop solutions.
  • Stay updated on IT trends, assess their relevance to the business, and recommend useful implementations.
  • Work with external service providers to ensure getting the best support.
  • Make sure projects are completed on time and within budget while smoothly implementing system improvements.
  • Review, suggest, design, set up, test, and manage updates and changes to the applications.
  • Identify and fix system issues, find their root causes, and work with others to improve stability and prevent recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and future requirements.
  • Create and maintain clear, helpful documentation about business processes using modern tools.
  • Analyze user needs and prepare documents, including workflows, storyboards, and user guides, to improve understanding.
  • Provide project management and support to help the team stay on track and complete tasks on time.

Skills and Experience:
  • HubSpot certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Service Hubs are preferred. Experience with Automations, Operations Hub, and integrating HubSpot with WordPress and WooCommerce is a plus.
  • knowledge of WordPress, including experience managing important plugins like WooCommerce, Elementor, and Yoast.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Zoom, including Meetings, Webinars, and Phone features.
  • Undergraduate degree in technology or business.
  • Strong organizational skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and some experience using agile project management methods.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
  • Successful candidates must also sign a confidentiality agreement.
