We are collaborating with our retail client, who is looking for a Junior Change Manager to join their team as an individual contributor on an initial 6-month contract basis.
For this role, you will need strong experience in the following:
The Change Manager is responsible for delivering effective change outcomes on customer and business change projects/programs. The role partners with business leaders and customer channels to lead the change delivery components, ensuring alignment with the program's change management strategy and methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing projects of varying size and disciplines, meeting business-critical deadlines across multiple assignments, preferably within large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrate proven experience in working and coordinating across multi-functional teams and stakeholders, with the ability to influence and persuade others to ensure they commit to a course of action.
- Business experience dealing with senior management in a complex organizational setting; an independent thinker who drives results with the ability to maintain integrity and composure under pressure.
- Demonstrate proven experience in proactively leading change (and integration) by influencing others to stretch boundaries and overcome obstacles.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the project life cycle and familiarity with project management approaches and tools.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate large groups to gather requirements from stakeholders/business functions.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of multiple change management frameworks, principles, and methodologies.
- Ability to use networks to gather critical information and insights, with the ability to interpret this information to understand barriers and opportunities for change.
