Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support project objectives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Assess organisational readiness for change, identifying potential barriers and developing mitigation strategies to enhance adoption.
- Design and deliver tailored training plans, coordinating workshops and hands-on learning activities to support user adoption.
- Manage project communication channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging through various platforms such as SharePoint, FAQs, and user guides.
- Support UAT and rollout phases, collaborating with project teams to align technical implementation with business needs and ensure a seamless transition.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale organisational change programs within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI or equivalent) and experience in technology-enabled business transformation.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workforce Software is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging training and communication materials.
