Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development within the EBP team, with a specific focus on the Field Service and Customer Service modules.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Solution Development: Lead the design and delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and established quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with EBP architecture specialists, the Platform Manager, and other team members to ensure solutions align with architectural frameworks and organisational objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Advocate for a quality-first approach in all development activities by incorporating rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to established standards.
- Culture Building: Promote a strong, inclusive team culture that values mutual respect, innovation, and collective success. Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and discourage siloed working or hero-based behaviours.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, and experience with custom development in Dynamics 365.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Collaboration: Skilled in working within cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
