We are seeking an Integration Support Analyst to join our client on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of a 12-month extension. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Digital Partners with API registration and subscription, from application through to production.
- Maintain and configure APIs and applications.
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues, working closely with external vendors and level three technical teams.
- Use strong communication skills to interact with technical and business staff.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and reports.
- Apply ITIL methodology for incident management and service requests.
Must Have:
- Experience working with APIs and/or integration.
- Experience in administration and configuration of IBM API Connect.
- Exposure to CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing stakeholder groups.
- Experience in a support/operations role.
Citizenship: Candidates must be Australian citizens. Successful candidates will need to provide valid evidence of citizenship during the pre-engagement check.
