As a Technology and Digital Recruiter at Peoplebank QLD, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various sectors. You will work closely with our Account Managers to understand our clients needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. This role offers a blend of office-based and remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide expert advice.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Support account managers by providing insights on candidate availability, market trends, and recruitment strategies to help them meet client needs effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and business goals.
Success Metrics:
  • Placement Rate:  Achieve a high percentage of successful candidate placements within specified timeframes.
  • Client Satisfaction:  Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience:  Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, reflected in feedback and repeat engagements.
  • Revenue Targets:  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through successful placements and client engagements.
  • Time-to-Fill:  Reduce the average time-to-fill for open positions, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services.
  • Retention Rate:  Achieve high retention rates for placed candidates, indicating successful matches and long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in project services, technology and digital recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
