We’re partnering with a leading financial services provider in the superannuation sector, seeking a Member Analytics & Capability Practice Lead to strengthen data capability, foster a data-driven culture, and drive strategic insights. This critical role will focus on improving member acquisition, engagement, and retention.

About the Role

As a key leader within the analytics function, you will manage a team and provide expert, data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. You will design and implement analytics solutions that enhance personalisation and efficiency in member engagement, ensuring data is at the core of business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
• Develop and implement analytics-driven strategies to enhance member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Embed a strong data culture across the organisation, empowering teams with actionable insights.
• Provide expert guidance on data capability, ensuring best practices in analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insight-led recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Design and implement analytics solutions to optimise member touchpoints and lifecycle engagement.

About You

• Proven experience in data analytics, insights, or business intelligence leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Expertise in building data capability and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives to drive customer or member engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in data visualisation, reporting tools, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Experience in the superannuation sector is highly regarded.
