Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re seeking a Regional IT Support Manager to oversee IT support operations, lead a team of specialists, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services across a dynamic organisation.

About the Role
As the Regional IT Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing IT support teams, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Reporting to the IT Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in incident resolution, process optimisation, and end-user satisfaction.

Please note, this role is required to be onsite at our clients South-Western Sydney office location. Initially five days but transitioning to a hybrid model after 6months.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of IT specialists
• Oversee IT support operations, ensuring SLAs and performance targets are met
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Collaborate with central IT teams to align with business goals and policies
• Manage IT assets, ensuring optimal usage and maintenance
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
• Provide end-user training and support on new systems and technologies

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 6 years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Proven experience in managing IT support teams, including mentoring and performance oversight
• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with current and future business needs
• Expertise in IT service frameworks (e.g., incident resolution, problem management, service delivery)
• Demonstrated success in managing external technology partners and service providers
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities to prioritise tasks and streamline operations
• Ability to handle escalations, resolve technical challenges efficiently, and work well under pressure
• Experience in distribution and/or manufacturing environments would be highly regarded
